Surprise!

I'm not sure if you all know this or not but we applied for The Artspace project in Loveland Co....and were accepted! The process took some time and getting all our stuff in one place -finally- wasn't easy! The last few months have been about getting settled in, getting back up to speed and trying to get this space in order. I know I haven't been posting as much but I have not had internet and trying to find wi-fi spots on a regular basis has been quite tough. But... I have been exploring my new neighborhood and have so much new stuff to share with all of you! I'm excited to get back to writing and posting (hopefully more regularly) and sharing with you all the lovely things about this great town I'm in. Here's some pics of us when we were told that we had been accepted and saw our new space for the first time!!

Masonville

I'd totally forgotten how quaint and nostalgic Masonville Co. is. I took a drive up there with some friends a few weeks back to see some sights and visit the little store there. What a wonderful way to wile away an afternoon! The whole store is full of Victorian, wedding, and steampunk stuff and so much fun to reminisce and chat about the past. Had myself a ginger beer and some laughs. It has changed very little, perhaps only a little bigger or fuller than it was before and it was absolutely just as wonderful as I remembered.

Cafe Ole

For all your coffee and non coffee needs please visit this fabulous little coffee shop. Tina, the owner, is the sweetener in your morning coffee. All you will need is a sweet greeting from her and the heaven of her homemade banana bread to get you off to the perfect start of your day!! This place has become one of my favorite places to hang! Please remember NO SOLICITING OR ZOMBIES ALLOWED!! LoL

I'm back!!!....

I'm back!!!.....
Almost anyone that knows me (us) knows that I (we) recently moved back to Colorado. We moved home for many reasons, but the kids and g-kids are the #1 reason. We'd grown very tired of only getting to see them maybe once or twice a year, and face-timing in between. Missing so much of them and their accomplishments was hurting our hearts. And now that I've returned home to my sweet little faces, and beautiful mountain country, I'm determined to get back to blogging. I will post all the same stuff, the local stuff and the like, here, only for Fort Collins instead of Las Vegas.
Much love to anyone reading along....
